We have been working for and with Philip Morris International since 2006, and have carried out the following activities:
- Second and third line helpdesk, dealing with EMC | Documentum related questions from users. Part of this support is provided remotely from Eindhoven (Netherlands).
- Software development, customizing Webtop and drafting BOF modules and workflow methods.
- Supervising the migration of EMC | Documentum v4i to EMC| Documentum v5.
The EMC | Documentum environment for Philip Morris is used to manage technical drawings and all documents related to the quality system.
