ISO 9001:2000 – Quality Management System (QMS)
euroscript’s Quality Management System (QMS) is a set of policies, processes and procedures required for the planning and execution of production processes, development projects and service delivery. It enables euroscript to identify, measure, control and improve the various processes that will ultimately lead to improved business performance.
The euroscript Group has established and applies a quality management system for consulting, system integration, business process services and outsourcing along the content management lifecycle:
- Engineering services;
- Consulting and training in relation to content and process architecture, terminology management, compliance and governance;
- Translation and interpreting;
- Content creation, capturing, processing, multimedia publishing and archiving of multilingual content;
- Localization of (technical) product documentation and software applications;
- Design, development, implementation and hosting of (enterprise) content management systems.
The focus of the company’s activities at all hierarchical levels is on fulfilling customer requirements by delivering products and services of the highest quality within given deadlines and based on quality criteria determined by the customer (e.g. in a service level agreement).
Our managers are responsible for establishing objectives and using measurements to drive continuous improvement in quality and customer satisfaction. All euroscript staff are expected to contribute to continual improvement as an integral part of our quality management system.
