ISO/IEC 27001:2005 – Information Security Management System

ISO/IEC 27001:2005 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving a documented Information Security Management System (ISMS) within the context of the organization's overall business risks.

It specifies requirements for implementing security controls customized to the needs of individual organizations or parts thereof.

ISO/IEC 27001:2005 is designed to ensure the selection of adequate and proportionate security controls that protect information assets and give confidence to interested parties.  

The security of all IT systems, networks and all kind of information is an important part of euroscript’s information security. The set-up of an ISMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and its subsequent certification are currently in progress.
