EMC | Documentum training

We are able to provide a variety of EMC | Documentum training courses. The type of training available ranges from user training to development training courses.

Training is offered on Documentum versions 6 and 5.3.

Documentum Fundamentals (2 days)

Target audience: Power users, project managers, application managers, system managers, Documentum help-desk staff

  • Enterprise Content Management
  • Various Documentum clients
  • Permissions structure
  • Document lifecycles
  • Workflow basis
  • Optional extra: an additional day of hands-on experience

Documentum Administration (2 days)

Target audience: Documentum system management, Documentum system managers

Topics:

  • Documentum administration client
  • Prepare, install and configure a DocBase
  • Preventative maintenance & problem solving
  • Introduction to DQL and API
  • Optional extra: an additional day of hands-on experience

Documentum Application Administration (2 days)

Target audience: Documentum system management, Documentum applications managers

Topics:

  • Create a new DocBase
  • Create users, groups, ACL
  • Create document type, lifecycle and workflow
  • This training includes hands-on experience.

Key features of our EMC | Documentum training courses

  • Training courses can be delivered in Dutch, English or French.
  • Training takes place on a 1-to-1 basis, i.e. only involving staff from your company.
  • It is always possible to adjust the content of the training courses, in order to comply with your specific wishes and requirements.
  • A maximum of 4 trainees per day (with the exception of user training (max. 10 trainees).
  • Training is charged at a daily rate (i.e. not per trainee!).
  • A number of courses can also be offered as e-Learning courses.

 

Besides the above-mentioned 1-to-1 company training courses, we also provide training on the basis of open registration. Participants of several companies can register for training, the dates and location of which (usually Eindhoven, the Netherlands) are defined in advance. Costs of open registration training apply per participant.
