How we help DSM
We have been working for and with DSM since 1998, and over the years have carried out the following activities in their EMC | Documentum environments:
- Design and implementation of and support for the creation of an ECM system at DSM.
- First, second and third line helpdesk, dealing with EMC | Documentum related questions from users.
- Software development and implementation of new EMC | Documentum applications (including a BPM application).
- Support for and implementation of migration contracts.
- EMC | Documentum courses for DSM employees.
- Integration of SAP, Intranet Portal, Internet, and Backend systems into Documentum.
