How we help Schering-Plough / Organon
Since 2000, we have been working actively with Organon, now part of Schering-Plough. Their EMC | Documentum environment is used to manage all kinds of documents in a validated system. Over the years, we have carried out the following activities in their EMC | Documentum environments:
- Second and third line helpdesk, dealing with EMC | Documentum related questions from users. Part of this support is provided remotely from Eindhoven (Netherlands).
- Software development, customizing Webtop and drafting BOF modules and workflow methods.
- Supervising the migration of Documentum 4i to Documentum 5.
