During this exhibition, eurodoc Systems will hold two workshops and share expert experiences with the audience.

"Everything is customizable!" is the answer of the C6 editor. C6's software product range (100% J2EE) is based on the EMC | Documentum platform, and allows to configure an ECM application adapted to your specific business processes with a few mouse clicks.
We have successfully tested the C6 product range and apply it in a variety of projects.
Benefiting from Web 2.0 technology, the user interface combines intuition, responsiveness and comprehensive functionalities: advanced document management functions, workflows, PDF transformation (security, built-in watermarks, page numbering, etc.), publishing, etc.

Production and management of structured technical documentation, based on XML. The workshop will include the project reference of the French air force "Armée de l'Air" (26-Mar-09, 2:15 pm)
The French air force assures the production and operation of all technical documentation of its aerial fleet by means of the so-called "Rénodoc" tool. This application is composed of, on the one hand, a central operating system, which currently allows 200 editors to manage contents and other needs related to the production of documentation, and, on the other hand, an automatic publishing tool that allows to publish and spread documents to all French air bases, so to more than 4,000 end-users.
The "Rénodoc" application (an open-source solution based on Alfresco) allows to:
- measure the quality of documentation received by manufacturers,
- assure workflows such as the collaboration in reading/reviewing documents,
- control the coherence and consistency between paper and electronic documents, and
- guarantee traceability of versions/modifications.
The content and document strategy of the French air force is based on the S1000D standard and a modular concept.
Responsible persons for the "Rénodoc" application of both the French air force and eurodoc will share their experiences with the audience during this workshop.
